  • Booking and billing
    • A valid credit card is required to book orientation sessions
    • Group classes may be purchased online
    • All other services must be prepaid prior to booking online

    • We accept debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express
    • Prepaid sessions are transferable, but not refundable
  • Cancellation policy

    A minimum of 1 business day notice is required for any changes or cancellations to any pre-booked group class/session. Otherwise, regular charges apply. Please note our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

    Same-day cancellations will be charged for the session.

    Merrithew® Studio reserves the right to cancel classes, change teachers, or limit enrollment. Group Classes will be cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment or if the Instructor cannot be replaced. We will do our utmost effort to inform you of any changes or cancellations.

    Clients arriving 10 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will not be admitted into their session. They will forfeit their session price and it will be considered a late cancellation, subject to fees.

    Please note: if you arrive at the studio symptomatic, we won't be able to train you and you will be charged for the session.

  • Expirations and dormant accounts
    • All group class packages expire 12-24 months from purchase depending on the Group Class Package. Please see a Studio Coordinator for more information
    • Account credit for private-based services expires if an account is left dormant for 12 months or more (i.e. if no sessions are redeemed within that timeframe)
  • Insurance referrals

    Some extended health coverage plans cover referrals by recognized health professionals. Consult your insurance adjustor for details


COVID-19 Policies and procedures

  • Face coverings

    Individuals may choose to either wear or remove their masks during their workout. When not wearing a mask, individuals must maintain social distancing. This applies to all our Instructors, students, and clients. Please keep in mind, that we would like to stay open, so please, clean up after yourselves, and the equipment you use from each group class, and please continue to social distance.

  • Change rooms

    Use of change rooms will be available for client and student use. We encourage you to come prepared for class – dressed in comfortable workout clothing and bringing as few belongings as possible to limit change room use. Showers are unavailable at this time

  • Hydration

    Water stations are now available at this time. Feel free to bring your own water bottle, but not to worry, cups are provided. Plastic water bottles will no longer be provided

  • Rentals

    Towel rentals are currently unavailable. We encourage you to bring your own mat for practice, but if you happen to forget yours we will have a limited number of mats available to rent. A limited number of rental lockers are available. Kindly sanitize your locker before and after use if you are renting one for the duration of your daily practice

  • Session registration

    Private sessions
    All sessions must be booked by phone (647-725-0923) or email ahead of time (i.e. no walk-ins)
