Booking and billing

A valid credit card must be provided to book an orientation session.

Group classes may be purchased online.

All other services must be prepaid prior to booking online.

Forms of payment

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and debit.

Prepaid sessions are transferable but not refundable

Cancellation policy

We require 24-hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to pre-booked sessions

Expirations and dormant accounts

All group class packages expire 12 months from purchase.

Account credit for private-based services expires if an account is left dormant for 12 months or more (i.e. if no sessions are redeemed within that timeframe)

Insured referrals

Some extended health care programs cover referrals by recognized health professionals. Consult your insurance adjustor for details
