Introductory offers
New studio clients are required to complete a one-hour private orientation session.
After this orientation, new clients are entitled to purchase a block of five or 10 private sessions at the reduced rates listed below.

Apprentice sessions
To prepare our instructors of tomorrow, we offer private appointments with apprentices who have completed their comprehensive training and are fulfilling their apprenticeship hours. If you’re a new client, we recommend completing an orientation session before working with one of our apprentices to receive a postural analysis from one of our Instructors.
